Terms of Service — MangoFinch

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MangoFinch ("the Service"), operated by MangoFinch ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MangoFinch is a real-time multilingual meeting transcription platform. The Service provides:

Real-time speech-to-text transcription
Live translation across 36+ languages
Video conferencing capabilities
AI-generated meeting summaries (Pro plan)
Meeting recordings and transcript storage (Pro plan)

3. Accounts and Registration

You may sign in using Google OAuth. By authenticating, you grant us access to your Google account name, email address, and profile image solely for the purpose of account creation and identification within the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29 USD via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all participants
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
Transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Exceed the usage limits of your service tier through circumvention

7. Intellectual Property

The MangoFinch name, logo, and all associated branding are our property. The Service software, design, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service, including meeting transcripts and recordings.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Audio and video data from meetings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored unless you are on the Pro plan and have opted into recording. AI-generated summaries are produced using third-party AI services and are subject to their respective processing policies.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, speech processing, translation, video infrastructure, payments, and AI features. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that transcriptions or translations will be 100% accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole record of a meeting.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANGOFINCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MangoFinch from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
